Scott Goldstein joined Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP as a partner and has over twenty years of civil litigation experience representing insureds and self-insureds in complex, high exposure cases in both Federal and State courts of New York and New Jersey. He is an accomplished trial attorney with significant first chair experience and several reported jury verdicts.
Scott represents property owners, hotels, construction contractors, architects and engineers, lawyers, national retail companies, restaurants, bars, catering halls and other hospitality providers, small businesses, professionals, insurance companies, third-party administrators and their insureds in a wide variety of claims in the federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey.
Scott has represented clients in matters involving premises liability, general liability, restaurant and innkeeper liability, negligent security Labor Law/construction accidents, construction defect litigation, professional liability of all types, FELA, liquor liability, products liability, foodborne illness cases, criminal and civil RICO and fraud cases, class action defense, trucking and transportation accidents, directors & officers litigation, business disputes, as well as general commercial litigation. He also has had cases reported at the appellate division level.
Before coming to Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Scott was a partner at a regional insurance defense firm.
When not in the office, Scott plays in a regular weekly pickup basketball game and in competitive men’s softball leagues and coaches his kids in youth baseball, softball, basketball and soccer.
