Meet Robyn
Robyn capitalizes on her broad experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith matters in the management of legacy portfolios. She represents insurers in declaratory judgment actions arising out of insurance coverage disputes in State and Federal Court. She prepares written opinions on coverage issues arising under commercial general liability, professional liability, D&O liability, employment practices liability, and excess and umbrella insurance policies. She also analyzes insurance tender issues faced by insurers and provides responses to tenders on behalf of insurers.
In addition, Robyn regularly defends general tort liability claims in State and Federal Court, including premises liability, labor law, dram shop law, and automobile liability claims, and is also National Coordinating Counsel for Nationwide Auto and General Liability Programs.

- Named “Legal Rookie of the Year” in 2000 by the New York City Law Department
Prior Work Experience
- Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Ms. Silvestri was a partner at two national insurance defense firms.
- Following her graduation from Law School, Ms. Silvestri worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, where she managed the prosecution of individuals under 16 years of age charged with crimes under the New York State Penal Law.
