Meet Ashlica

Ashlica Malcolm concentrates her practice on defending clients in premises liability, labor and employment, and product liability matters. She brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every case, with an emphasis on timely communication, meticulous preparation, and high-quality work product.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashlica served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, where she prosecuted felony matters and secured favorable verdicts at trial.

Ashlica is actively engaged in the legal community and serves as Co-Chair of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section. In this role, she helps organize professional development programs and events and participates in community service initiatives.

Outside the office, Ashlica is an avid reader who enjoys traveling, watching women’s basketball, and spending time with her Maltese. She is a devoted New York Yankees fan and enjoys supporting the New York Liberty.
