Michael is a highly skilled attorney with over 35 years of experience as a practicing attorney and over 10 years of specializing in defense of complex claims related to construction accidents, New York State Labor Law, and premises liability. His extensive background includes serving as the Deputy CEO of the New York State Liquor Authority and prosecuting white collar crimes at the New York State Attorney General’s office as well as the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. A committed alumni of St. John’s Law School and Georgetown University, Michael is actively involved in legal associations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers and Defense Association of New York. His expertise covers general liability, premises liability, hospitality law, and criminal defense.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two kids. As a partial season ticket holder to the New York Yankees and the New York Rangers, he is an avid sports fan. Michael actively participates in charitable events, such as chairing the Epiphany School golf outing and participating in Tunnel to Towers.
