Meet Ivana

Ivana concentrates her practice on insurance defense, with a focus on New York No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation. Since joining the firm in 2024, she has represented insurers in both pre-suit and litigated matters involving coverage disputes and statutory compliance under New York’s No-Fault Law. Ivana specializes in claim evaluation and investigation, developing strategic defenses aimed at achieving favorable outcomes while minimizing exposure.

Licensed to practice in New York since 2019, Ivana previously focused on employment law and Title IX compliance. In that role, she worked closely with unions, served as a hearing officer, and conducted investigations into complex institutional matters. She brings this broad experience and a detail-oriented, analytical approach to her current practice.

Outside of the office, Ivana enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
