Esther concentrates her practice in commercial transportation litigation, with a focus on defending complex claims on behalf of commercial carriers and transportation companies.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Office of Corporation Counsel. In that role, she resolved complex federal actions in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York on behalf of municipal agencies and departments, including the NYPD, the Mayor’s Office, and the City’s District Attorneys’ Offices.
During law school, Esther interned for the Honorable Thérèse Wiley Dancks in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and served as a Student Attorney in the Transactional Law Clinic. There, she advised clients on federal trademarks, corporate licensing and contracts, and business entity formation.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys traveling to new destinations, attending Pilates classes, and visiting art exhibitions.
