Meet Scott

Scott P. Eisenberg concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial and residential properties against premises liability and property damage claims.  Scott develops aggressive resolution strategies that achieve success while maintaining cost-effectiveness.  To accomplish this, he takes a team approach to his defense strategies, working together, with clients, carriers, investigators, experts, as well as adversaries.  He is a strong but practical negotiator and has successfully obtained favorable resolutions for his clients in informal negotiations and formal mediations.

When not in the office, Scott and his wife enjoy watching their two teenagers grow up (but they wish it would slow down).  He also enjoys taking walks with his wife and dog, and being a large part of his son’s burgeoning basketball career and his daughter’s academic achievements.
