Meet Chauvron
Chauvron S. Leotaud is a Partner with Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, where she concentrates her practice on construction litigation, premises liability, transportation litigation, and complex insurance defense matters. She represents property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, insurers, and businesses in high-exposure litigation throughout New York.
Ms. Leotaud has developed a diverse litigation background spanning construction litigation, toxic tort and products liability, personal injury, insurance defense, and criminal prosecution. Her practice encompasses all phases of litigation, including incident response, site investigations, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience defending complex liability claims and construction accident matters, while developing practical strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for her clients.
Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strategic approach to litigation, Ms. Leotaud works closely with her clients to develop practical solutions that align with their business objectives while effectively managing risk and exposure.
Outside of the office, Ms. Leotaud enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and three children, supporting their athletic and extracurricular pursuits, and volunteering within her community.
