Patrick is a trial attorney with over twenty-nine years of experience trying catastrophic, high exposure and complex matters in State and Federal Court. Patrick has taken more than 300 cases to trial and has taken sixty plus verdicts.
Patrick is well practiced in New York State Labor Law and the complex contractual and loss transfer issues associated with the NYS Labor Law. He has tried trucking/transportation, wrongful death, premises, slip/trip & fall, lead, false arrest/malicious prosecution, dram shop, sports/recreation, products liability, and municipal liability matters with great success.

At the request of clients, Patrick often parachutes into transferred matters on the eve of trial. He often tries cases in “plaintiff friendly” counties like Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn. He mentors young attorneys in trial preparation, jury selection, and trial advocacy.
Patrick is a member of The Defense Association of New York, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
Away from the courtroom, Patrick serves as counsel to the Long Island Amateur Hockey League. Following a successful officiating career, Patrick served as the Referee-in-Chief for the NYS Amateur/USA Hockey Association for eighteen years. He is a Certified Level Four Ice Hockey Coach and a Certified Level Four Ice Hockey Official.
A dad of two daughters and two sons, Patrick loves spending time with his family, playing the occasional round of golf, and rooting for the New York Rangers and Dublin Gaelic Football Club.
