David Placke is a litigator with nearly a decade of experience in both state and federal courts. As an associate with Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, David is responsible for a variety of liability matters including construction defect claims, New York Labor Law, product liability defense, and specialized claims such as Dram Shop actions.
David was an associate at a Global 200 law firm where he gained experience in premises liability, construction defects and accidents, transportation and trucking litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. His representative experience ranges from nationally and internationally recognized brands to small businesses and the gamut in between. David has represented clients at all levels of New York State Courts, including orally arguing before the First Department. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and Florida.
When not in the office, David enjoys running marathons with his wife, reading, and jazz music.
