Meet Shelbi

Shelbi Molin concentrates his practice on trucking and transportation litigation, representing clients in complex, high-exposure matters with a strategic and disciplined approach.

Before joining the firm, Shelbi served as an Assistant Attorney General Fellow at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he represented the State in civil actions in state court. In that role, he developed substantial courtroom and investigative experience, honing his advocacy skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues under pressure.

Shelbi is recognized for his results-driven approach and commitment to proactive, transparent communication with clients throughout litigation. He approaches each case with a strong work ethic and practical judgment, ensuring clients are informed, prepared, and positioned for the most efficient and effective resolution possible.

Outside the office, Shelbi enjoys snowboarding, weightlifting, playing pickleball, and exploring new cities.
