Tom is a litigator with over twenty-five years of experience in multiple jurisdictions focused on defending high-exposure New York State Labor Law construction claims, premises liability claims, contractual claims, coverage and indemnity disputes, and other general liability matters. His representative experience includes defending commercial contractors, commercial property owners, commercial tenants, municipalities, and utility companies. Tom collaborates with his clients to develop an aggressive strategy to work towards a successful resolution that is cost-effective for the client and carrier. Before coming to the firm, Tom was a long-time partner at a defense litigation firm and has prior experience working with counsel of record to multiple insurance carriers, including USF&G, St. Paul, and Travelers. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
When not in the office, he spends his time with his family, his two Labradors, and golfing.
