Meet Sara

Sara R. David is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented high-net-worth individuals, small businesses and large institutional clients in all aspects of premises liability, motor vehicle, labor law, defamation and other tort-based litigation. She also has significant experience in employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, FLSA, New York Labor Law and employment contract disputes.

Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Sara represented an international restaurant franchise in various litigation and transactional matters, as well as one of the region’s largest supermarket chains in premises liability actions in both New York and New Jersey.
