Meet Rachel
Rachel S. Trauner concentrates her practice on the defense of complex claims involving New York Labor Law, employment law and premises liability. She has extensive litigation experience in New York state and federal courts defending insurance carriers in high-exposure New York Labor Law and general liability claims. Rachel has successfully obtained outright dismissal of claims against her clients in multifaceted cases involving contractual indemnification and coverage disputes.
On her time off, Rachel enjoys working out, trying new restaurants in New York City, participating in Cycle for survival and traveling.
