Timothy Freeman, Partner at GVK and Board Member of the New Jersey Defense Association, was recently featured in the New Jersey Law Journal article, “NJ Justices Hear Split Opinions Over Proposed Amendments to Expert Testimony Rules,” published on May 19th.
Following his appearance before the New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday, Timothy shared his insight on a proposed amendment to New Jersey Rule of Evidence 702, which seeks to clarify the standard for the admissibility of expert testimony. The proposal carries significant implications for a range of industries, particularly pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and insurance, and the Court is expected to decide soon whether to adopt or reject the amendment.
