David joined Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP in 2024, bringing extensive experience in personal injury protection litigation and civil litigation matters. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has briefed and argued appeals before multiple New York courts, including Appellate Division, First and Fourth Departments, and the Appellate Term, Second Department.
