Janelle Jerome concentrates her practice on defending clients in general liability, premises liability and motor vehicle actions. She is detailed-oriented and inquisitive in her approach to handling cases. Janelle takes pride in her work and aims to provide the best defense. Prior to starting with the firm, she focused on professional liability matters.

Outside the office, Janelle enjoys playing the cello and volunteering at her local church.

Dana M. Ricci advises and defends clients in various areas of litigation, including premises liability, construction, toxic torts, employment, and other general liability scenarios. She also serves as general counsel to a variety of companies, including property owners, construction developers, contractors and maintenance companies. Throughout her career, Dana has gained significant experience in trials and appeals.

In her free time, Dana enjoys traveling, exotic wildlife and aviation. She loves dining at unique restaurants with family and friends and challenges herself with puzzles and other games.

Mónica is an integral member of our Appellate Practice Group. She began her legal career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York after graduating from Notre Dame Law School. Mónica then volunteered at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Western District of New York before transitioning to the Cornell Death Penalty Clinic, where she conducted extensive research on criminal and constitutional law and drafted briefs and motions for post-conviction relief. Subsequently, Mónica served as a staff attorney in the Staff Attorney’s Office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda on a variety of issues for all judges of the Second Circuit. After completing her term as a staff attorney, Mónica returned to the Cornell Death Penalty Clinic before joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP.

Lauren is an experienced litigator who has practiced across various areas, including contractual matters, subrogation, housing matters, insurance coverage, and administrative proceedings. She currently focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability and construction accident matters. Lauren’s attention to detail and preparedness give her an edge in successfully resolving cases and swiftly addressing any issues that arise during litigation. She has successfully defended appeals of summary judgment awards in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division.

When she is not in the office, Lauren enjoys traveling to new destinations.

Ivana is an associate attorney in the No-Fault and Coverage Practice Group. Since becoming a licensed practitioner in 2019, she has specialized in employment law and Title IX compliance. In her roles, she has worked closely with unions, served as a hearing officer, and investigated complex and sensitive cases for institutions within New York. Throughout her professional journey, she has honed her analytical and writing skills and values preparation and thoroughness in her work.

Outside of the office, Ivana enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Naomi J. Skura focuses her practice on defending commercial transportation and trucking, premises, and wrongful death matters. Ms. Skura achieves success for our clients through her meticulous approach to defending matters and is known to be a formidable adversary. Her zealous approach often results in the dismissal of claims via dispositive motion practice or favorable settlements. Naomi’s attention to detail, litigation skills, and tenacity afford her to be particularly well-suited for high-exposure matters. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 5 years and was awarded America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators in 2022. 

When not advocating for her clients, Naomi enjoys working out, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. 

Daniel Ko serves as Of Counsel at Gallo Vitucci Klar’s Hackensack office specializing in a diverse array of legal domains. His focus spans New York Labor Law, Professional Liability, Employment Litigation, Premises Liability in New York/New Jersey, and Motor Vehicle and Trucking cases in the same region.

Additionally, Daniel boasts extensive expertise in construction defect, nursing home, motor vehicle and trucking, subrogation, and dram shop cases. As a graduate of Rutgers University with a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Daniel is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Outside his legal endeavors, Daniel enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Charles P. Savoth III is a civil litigator with over thirty years’ experience in civil defense work from discovery through trial and appellate work in New Jersey State and Federal cases.  His chief areas of practice have been asbestos toxic tort defense, including serving as chief of asbestos department for a decade as well as trying six week living mesothelioma case to “no cause verdict” with national counsel.  Diligent and devoted to clients, ranging from homeowners to developers of mult-million dollar developments and an extensive array of construction professionals, Mr. Savoth strives to defend effectively and economically for the most favorable outcomes.

Mr. Savoth’s interests outside the practice of law include international travel for pleasure as well as music appreciation and creative writing.

Sarah has spanned her legal career working within the commercial insurance defense industry. Over that period of time she has been recognized repeatedly as a Super Lawyer Rising Star. Her practice is primarily focused on premises liability and labor law matters though she has also handled motor vehicle cases. Sarah has successfully obtained case dismissals for her clients on both procedural and substantive grounds throughout her career with Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP.

Teresa currently concentrates her practice on the defense of high exposure, complex litigation matters including labor law claims, general liability, construction litigation, and premises liability. Teresa is a seasoned litigator with a tenacious yet practical approach to minimizing risk while implementing effective litigation and resolution strategies aimed at meeting her client’s individual goals. Teresa’s career began in a general practice firm where she handled residential real estate matters and trust and estates cases. The last nineteen years she has honed her advocacy skills in various Long Island firms specializing in insurance defense litigation. Teresa volunteers in organizations which help register and encourage young people to vote.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys hiking with her family, yoga, reading and photography.
