Mohammad Kanan focuses his practice on trucking and transportation liability. A dedicated and experienced attorney with a strong background in criminal law, he previously served as an Assistant District Attorney, managing a high-volume misdemeanor caseload with a focus on domestic violence assaults. Eunice concentrates her practice on No-Fault litigation, bringing a fresh perspective as a recently admitted attorney. She joined the firm after gaining experience as an immigration attorney for a non-profit organization, where she dedicated her time to advocating for clients in need. Eunice is eager to continue developing her legal skills and expanding her expertise in No-Fault litigation.

Outside of the office, Eunice enjoys working on her hobbies, illustrating and stationery.

Marina de Souza concentrates her practice on Trucking and Transportation law, representing motor carriers, construction vehicles, municipal and school bus operators, emergency and para-transit vehicles, and other heavy trucks. She is known for her meticulous preparation, organization, and commitment to timely case management. Before joining the firm, Marina served as a prosecutor, bringing valuable litigation experience to her practice.

Outside of the office, Marina enjoys going to the gym, eating out at restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Brittany concentrates her practice on general liability, automotive liability, and premises liability. Before joining her current firm, she served as staff counsel for a well-known insurance carrier, where she specialized in property damage subrogation litigation. An experienced litigator, she has handled cases at the local, state, and federal court levels.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.

Chad concentrates his practice on civil litigation and insurance coverage, with extensive experience defending condominiums, cooperatives, property developers, contractors, design professionals, restaurants, bars, Fortune 500 corporations, and small businesses.

Chad returns to Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP after five years running a staff counsel office for a national property and casualty insurance company. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office before transitioning to civil litigation.

With a diverse and accomplished background, Chad has tried numerous cases to verdict and has briefed and argued dozens of appeals. He has also served as outside general counsel for condominium and cooperative boards, as well as other corporate entities in New York.

Heather Ragone concentrates her practice on defending complex and high-profile transportation-related litigation in New York and New Jersey, including cases involving limousines, school buses, tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and charter, commuter, and double-decker tour buses. A longtime member of Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, she has amassed over 20 years of experience representing clients in the transportation industry.

Heather has handled rapid response efforts for her commercial transportation clients for many years, serving as an advocate and intermediary between clients and various law enforcement agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as investigatory agencies such as the National Transportation Safety Board. She works closely with police, prosecutors, investigators, accident reconstruction experts, media personnel, and emergency responders on behalf of her clients, collaborating with a robust accident reconstruction team.

Heather has secured significant victories in both State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Recognized for her excellence in the field, she has been named a Super Lawyer for eight consecutive years by the New York Metro Super Lawyers in the areas of Transportation and Maritime and was previously honored as a Rising Star in 2014-2015.

Outside the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and combing beaches for shells.

Michael Pellegrini concentrates his practice on trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, subrogation, and property loss. A litigator with nearly 15 years of experience, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions. His legal expertise is extensive, spanning court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, framed issue hearings, and trials.

As a member of Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP’s Trucking and Transportation practice group, Michael defends motor carriers, construction vehicles, municipal and school bus operators, emergency and para-transit vehicles, and other heavy trucks.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a senior trial attorney at one of the largest insurance companies in the country for 12 years, gaining invaluable experience in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. He has represented clients at all levels of New York State Courts.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys reading and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Jeff concentrates his practice on subrogation and property loss and construction defect matters. Since graduating from law school in 1990, he has gained extensive legal experience, having worked both in private practice and in-house for over 15 years at a major property and casualty company. Before joining the firm, Jeff was a partner at a law firm representing property and casualty insurers. He has also represented insurance carriers and defended insureds in cases involving commercial and personal line claims.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys running, golfing, and cooking.

Anaé concentrates her practice in motor vehicle and labor law defense. Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, she spent three years as an associate at a Plaintiff-side firm, focusing on personal injury claims involving premises liability accidents, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice actions.

Outside the office, Anaé spends time refining her creative sensibilities by attending museum exhibits, spectating live music and writing poetry. She has an older brother who sparked her interest in analyzing soccer and baseball, and she cherishes the opportunity to try different restaurants in New York City.

Ryan concentrates his practice in insurance coverage, general liability, construction accidents and defects and real estate law. Known for his dedication and relentless work ethic, Ryan consistently delivers high-quality legal services to his clients. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and has appeared in numerous courts throughout the Tri-State area.

Ryan lives in Butler, New Jersey, with his wife, Lisa, and their two children.
