Megan is of counsel with the firm and has represented a wide variety of clients in matters relating to general liability, including commercial transportation carriers, residential and commercial property owners, and private security providers. Megan prides herself on maintaining high levels of client communication, transparency, and organization throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation claims and trial preparation. As a skilled negotiator, she believes that the most effective representation is built upon integrity, identifying goals, and planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Megan served as a partner at a Long Island-based firm also practicing various areas of insurance defense, where she received multiple summary judgment decisions in various Long Island, New York City, and upstate counties. Megan was a 2021 recipient of the Long Island Business News’ Leadership in Law award and currently serves as the Vice President of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation Board of Directors. A nationally ranked moot court competitor, she also regularly volunteers her time to mentor St. John’s University students and coaches local high school students for mock trial and moot court competitions.
Megan is a self-proclaimed “Disney parks geek” who enjoys spending time with family, including her husband and two young sons, traveling, and indoor cycling.
