Meet Lynda
Lynda Liebhauser is an experienced trial attorney in NJ & NY and concentrates her practice on construction law, New York State Labor Law, general negligence, premises liability, and automobile liability in both New York and New Jersey. She represents individuals, as well as privately and publicly owned businesses, throughout all phases of litigation, from inception through trial.
Lynda also represents restaurant franchises in various types of litigation and defends some of the region’s largest quick-service food chains in premises liability matters across New York and New Jersey.
Outside of the office, Lynda enjoys relaxing days at the beach.
