Meet David
David specializes in defending complex claims related to construction accidents, New York labor law, and premises liability. Prior to assuming this role, he garnered invaluable experience in the claims department of a prominent insurance company, focusing on premises liability and professional liability. Preceding this, David briefly contributed his expertise to a defense litigation firm, concentrating on construction and premises liability.
Embarking on his legal journey, David’s initial position was at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he dedicated two years to the General Crimes unit. During this time, he adeptly handled a broad spectrum of cases, ranging from violations to felony gun cases.
Outside of the office, David is an avid basketball fan and has been vegan for almost 7 years. He was born and raised in New York City.
