Meet Kathleen

Kathleen Wynne Gallo is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on medical liability, healthcare law, general litigation, and nursing home law. Prior to joining GVK, Ms. Gallo was a partner at one of New York State’s premier medical malpractice law firms, where she developed extensive experience handling sophisticated medical liability and healthcare-related litigation. Throughout her career, she has tried numerous cases and has established a proven track record of achieving favorable and meaningful results for her clients.

Ms. Gallo brings a combination of extensive courtroom experience, strategic judgment, and a thorough understanding of the legal and healthcare issues that arise in complex litigation. Her practice encompasses medical malpractice and professional liability matters, healthcare law, nursing home litigation, and general civil litigation.

A graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she earned her law degree in 1994, Ms. Gallo has dedicated her career to representing clients in complex and highly consequential legal matters.
