Meet MJ (Maryam)

MJ concentrates her practice on defending commercial transportation companies, their drivers, and insurers in complex litigation across state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. She represents national bus and trucking companies at every stage, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, including providing rapid-response counsel in the wake of catastrophic accidents. Her experience also spans products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage disputes, consumer and insurance fraud, commercial and contract matters, and premises liability.

MJ is passionate about advocating for the firm’s clients and is known for going above and beyond to ensure they feel supported and confident in their legal representation.

Outside of the office, MJ is an avid long-distance runner and a black belt in karate. She enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her family.
