Meet Christopher

Christopher defends high-exposure matters on behalf of self-insured entities and insureds of major insurance carriers. For more than twenty-five years, he has served as exclusive general liability counsel to a major pizza delivery franchisor, successfully representing the client and its affiliated entities in hundreds of cases across New York State. When matters arise outside New York, he regularly secures pro hac vice admission to represent the client directly rather than through local counsel.

Since 2007, Christopher has also represented a large Long Island municipality in federal civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as in personal injury, land use, and zoning matters. In addition, he has extensive experience defending architects and engineers in complex construction defect matters.

Christopher is known as a serious, strategic, and assertive advocate who consistently develops the strongest possible defense while identifying and leveraging weaknesses in opposing claims. He is highly organized, focused, and valued by clients for his clear, concise communication. He has been selected by his peers for Super Lawyers (Metropolitan New York) for fourteen consecutive years (2012–2025).

Outside the office, Christopher enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, and spending time with his wife of over thirty years. Born and raised on Long Island, he now resides in Suffolk County, New York.
