Meet Yolanda
Yolanda L. Ayala has been employed in the insurance defense field for 24 years. She concentrates on defending clients in the areas of premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, Dram Shop and automobile liability in both New Jersey and New York. She also heads the Appellate unit of the firm. She has drafted over 250 appellate briefs. She has argued appeals in both New Jersey and New York, including New York’s highest court (the Court of Appeals). In addition, she had provided numerous appeal recommendation letters, has drafted numerous appellate motions, and has also attended CAMP conferences in New York
While in law school, Yolanda served as the Notes and Comments Editor for St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary and published an article regarding privileges.
