Meet William

William Parra joined Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP in 2009 and has been in practice for 16 years. As a senior litigation and insurance coverage associate, William litigates construction-related matters involving personal injury defense, property damage, construction defects and the mechanic’s lien law.

Associates and partners at the firm regularly consult with William to analyze and prosecute risk transfer opportunities against other parties and their insurers, or to defend against such defense and indemnity tenders to client property/project owners, general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, and their respective general liability insurers. He is also experienced in litigating premises liability, products liability, municipal liability, commercial, general negligence, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions.

William, his wife, Kathy, and their extended family enjoy training together for marathons, half-marathons and Spartan (obstacle course) races, as well as supporting local charitable causes and events in Woodside and Sunnyside, Queens, and Long Beach, Long Island. They also enjoy and keep busy raising their three-year-old triplets, Christopher, Brendan and Vivian.
