Meet Nicholas
Nicholas Vevante is an associate in the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. As part of the appellate group, Mr. Vevante drafts and argues an array of appeals in New York State appellate courts as well as drafting and arguing dispositive motions and motions in limine in New York State Trial Courts.
Mr. Vevante specializes in appeals and dispositive motions in complex construction site accidents including New York Labor Law Claims and Construction Defect Claims, premises liability actions, product liability defense, defense of municipal entities including both schools and villages, and motor vehicle accidents.
