Melissa McCarthy is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on Labor Law construction accidents and trial preparation for complex cases in both liability and damages phases of trial.
Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Melissa served from 2005-2018 at a nationwide insurance defense firm servicing a vast array of clients ranging from general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, distributors, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and other health care providers, hotels, restaurants, health clubs and commercial/residential property owners.
In addition, Melissa has successfully argued appeals in the First and Second Appellate Divisions of New York
