Meet Jeannine
Jeannine M. Davanzo heads the firm’s products liability/life sciences department. She handles high-exposure and complex litigation and trial work, with an emphasis on life sciences, prescription drug liability, FDA protocols, products liability, labor law/construction, medical malpractice, lead paint, personal injury, and premises. Jeannine defends generic and brand pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, nutritional supplement manufacturers and distributors, and therapeutic and diagnostic biotechnology companies.
Jeannine has extensive experience in the U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Southern, as well as in the Supreme Court system in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Bronx, Kings, New York, Nassau, Queens, and Suffolk Counties.
Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Jeannine was a partner at Morris, Duffy, Alonso & Faley, where she worked for 12 years defending clients in life sciences, products liability, general liability, labor law, and premises negligence cases. She also worked for three years at Martin, Clearwater & Bell where she defended physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions.
