Meet Debbie-Ann

Debbie-Ann Morley joined Gallo Vitucci Klar, LLP as a partner in 2021, with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, both as a litigator and as a claims consultant. Before coming to Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Attorney Morley spent a decade with a large insurance carrier, both as a litigator and most recently as a member of complex commercial claims team.  As a litigator, she specialized in defending matters involving construction accidents and violations of New York State Labor Law Statutes.   As a Claims Consultant Ms. Morley continued to hone her skills and build her expertise in the carrier’s specialized New York Labor Law Unit.  Ms. Morley’s work in claims involved coverage analysis and litigation, risk transfer, evaluating adequacy and recommending reserves for high exposure claims involving violations of New York State Labor Law Statues.  In addition, Ms. Morley managed litigation with outside and staff counsel and developed litigation strategy.   She took lead in negotiating settlements and developing resolution plans for high exposure risks.  Before joining the national insurance carrier, Ms. Morley was in private practice with local regional firms where her experience primarily involved New York Labor Law, products liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability cases.

When not in the office, Debbie spends time at home with her family and enjoys gardening, crafting and sewing.
