Sean Hutchinson is an associate with over a decade of experience handling construction defect, property damage, professional liability, products liability, construction site accident, and premises liability cases. Sean leverages his background as a mechanical engineer to place his clients in the most favorable positions possible, from the beginning of litigation through its conclusion.
Sean also has extensive experience representing corporate defendants in high-value commercial litigation cases, and has successfully defended cooperative and condominium boards in a variety of lawsuits brought by shareholders and owners.
Before coming to Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Sean worked at a large regional law firm. In addition to handling cases of the foregoing variety, Sean worked in the firm’s Trial Preparation, Dispositive Motion, and Appellate practice group, an experience that afforded him the opportunity to gain detailed understanding of applicable law in a wide variety of legal specialties.
When not in the office, Sean spends his time enjoying his family, including his three young children. Sean also enjoys golfing and volunteering at his local church.
