Sara R. David is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients ranging from individuals, publicly and privately owned businesses, as well as large institutional clients in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, premises liability, construction law, New York Labor Law, general negligence, and contract disputes. She also has significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigating employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and FLSA claims.
Prior to joining Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Sara represented an international restaurant franchise in various litigation and transactional matters, as well as one of the region’s largest supermarket chains in premises liability actions in both New York and New Jersey.
