Gamaliel B. Delgado joins Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP as an accomplished trial attorney with significant litigation experience over the course of the last 14 years. He focuses his litigation practice in the areas of general liability defense matters in New York State and Federal Courts, on behalf of insurance carrier and self insured clients, including actions involving Automobile and Trucking Accidents, Wrongful Death Claims, Premises/Property Liability actions, Construction Accidents/Labor Law matters, Subrogation claims and Insurance Coverage Disputes.
Gamaliel received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark in 2006. This was preceded by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. While in law school, he was a finalist in the Nathan Baker Moot Court Competition, and went on to be a Semi-Finalist in the National Mock Trial Competition, Region 3 Tournament. Following his graduation from law school, he has been a partner at a prominent law firm in New York City and New Jersey.
Gamaliel is admitted to practice before the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
When not working, Gamaliel is actively involved in various bar associations, mentoring programs, and serving as a judge for mock trial competitions. He is a Past Regional Deputy President of the Hispanic National Bar Association- New York Region. He enjoys computer repair, snowboarding, softball, golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Edda. He and his wife donate their time to various charitable events, including volunteering their time at soup kitchens and food drives.
