Ms. Ayala concentrates on defending clients in the areas of premises liability, construction, insurance coverage and automobile liability in both New Jersey and New York. She also co-heads the appellate unit of the firm and has drafted over 100 appeals.

Ms. Ayala was admitted to the bar in 1996 in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Ayala graduated from New York University (B.S. 1992) and then St. John’s School of Law (J.D. 1995). While in law school, she served as the Notes and Comments Editor for St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary and published an article regarding privileges.
