Mr. Parra has extensive experience litigating construction, construction defect, Lien Law, premises liability and other general negligence matters, as well as the related insurance coverage and contractual issues. He has represented a variety of private and commercial property owners, general contractors, construction managers and subcontractors, insurers and other individuals.

Mr. Parra graduated from SUNY Albany in 1996, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Philosophy, and from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999, where he was elected Manuscripts Editor of the Law Review’s Editorial Board. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2000. Mr. Parra is also fluent in Spanish.
