Ms. Holmes-Nelson concentrates on defending labor law, construction accident and general negligence claims including related insurance and contractual issues as well as premises liability and automobile/transportation claims.

Before joining Gallo Vitucci & Klar, Ms. Holmes-Nelson concentrated on defending clients, including a variety of major construction companies, general contractors, construction managers, owners and insurers, in the area of labor law claims.

Ms. Holmes-Nelson also represented a variety of clients in automobile and transportation related claims, and also defended the New York City Housing Authority in premises liability matters including inadequate security, slip/trip and falls and a variety of other premises related claims.

Ms. Holmes-Nelson earned her J.D. at Fordham University School of Law in 1991 and graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the State University College at Buffalo in 1985. Ms. Holmes-Nelson is admitted to practice in both the New York and New Jersey bars and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
