Mr. DeMaggio has tried hundreds of cases in the Federal and State courts of New York in over three decades of practice. He has extensive experience in litigation ranging from medical malpractice, products liability, construction and transportation and has been fortunate to have practiced at major New York firms specializing in those areas. He is a graduate of St. John’s and N.Y.U. Law Schools and joins Gallo Vitucci & Klar, LLP of counsel with the responsibility for the preparation and trial of pending Supreme Court cases.
