Mr. Kim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Kim graduated from New York University (B.A., 1993) and then St. John's University School of Law (J.D., 1996).

Before joining Gallo Vitucci & Klar, Mr. Kim was associated with the law firm of Morris Duffy Alonso & Faley where he concentrated on defending clients in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability and labor law cases, including trying numerous cases to verdict. In 2005, Mr. Kim commenced his own private practice where he continued to concentrate in personal injury litigation. While operating and managing his private practice, Mr. Kim also represented clients in the areas of commercial/general litigation, commercial/residential real estate transactions and closings and commercial disputes. He also continued to try cases to verdict and served as "Of Counsel" to LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Blaha, LLP defending premises liability cases brought against Equinox gyms while engaged in his own private practice.
