Richard J. Gallo
Senior Partner
Mr. Gallo is a founding member of the Firm. He specializes in litigation and has tried numerous cases in all of the counties of New York City. At the Firm, Mr. Gallo continues to specialize in construction, premises, transportation and insurance matters. His legal articles have been published in the New York Law Journal and he is a frequent lecturer in insurance defense topics at insurance companies and claims associations. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Gallo was admitted to the bar in 1993 in New York. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gallo graduated from Fordham University (B.A., cum laude, 1989) and then from St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 1992).
Mr. Gallo is a member of the Council of Litigation Management and Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law (TICL).
