Ms. Foglietta concentrates on defending clients in premises liability, construction, labor law, and general liability claims. Before coming to Gallo Vitucci & Klar, she worked at a boutique maritime firm focusing on defending cargo damage claims and charter party disputes.

Ms. Foglietta received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, and graduated magna cum laude with Membership in the Honors College in 2005 from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Political Science. She was admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey in 2009. She is also admitted to the federal district courts of the Southern, Eastern, and Western districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She was born in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
