Ms. Lai concentrates on various areas of law, including general liability, construction law matters, automobile negligence and general negligence actions.
Ms. Lai was admitted to the New York State bar in 2003. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Lai graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2002 and a B.A. in Political Science in 1999.
