Ms. Murphy is the Firm’s senior lawyer involved in our insurance services, insurance coverage and bad faith practice. Ms. Murphy regularly prepares analyses and opinions as to coverage on a variety of policies. Ms. Murphy also handles all forms of litigation in this area, including matters concerning labor law, general liability and transportation. Ms. Murphy also handles professional liability matters, with a particular focus on lawyers, agents and brokers liability.

Ms. Murphy is a 1999 graduate of Pace University School of Law and a 1996 graduate of Binghamton University. During law school, she served as Research & Writing editor of the Pace Law Review and published an article entitled, Almand v. DeKalb: Where to Draw the Line Between a Police Officer’s Private Acts and Acts Taken Under the Color of State Law, 19 Pace L. Rev. 587 (Spring 1999).
