Kimberly A. Ricciardi

Ms. Ricciardi is responsible for all aspects of civil litigation in areas including general negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, labor/construction law, and toxic torts including asbestos litigation. She also co-leads the firm’s appellate unit.

Ms. Ricciardi is a 1994 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and a 1991 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. She attended Hofstra University School of Law on a full academic scholarship. During law school, she served as Articles editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal and worked as a student intern for Justice Edward McCabe of the New York State Supreme Court, Nassau County.
