Mr. Richman concentrates on defending clients primarily in the areas of Elevator/Escalator Accidents, Construction, Premises Liability, Lead Poisoning, Products Liability, Automobile Negligence, General Negligence, Declaratory Judgment actions, litigation and trial work with an emphasis on complex construction litigation and premises liability. He has tried cases in State and Federal courts involving construction accidents, premises liability, elevator accidents and product liability.

Mr. Richman was admitted to the New York bar in 1991. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts. Mr. Richman graduated from the State University of New York at Albany (B.A. 1987) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1990).
