Mr. Fluger has extensive experience in defending premises liability, construction accident, labor law and general negligence claims as well as related insurance coverage and contractual issues.

Mr. Fluger earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2002 and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook in 1999. Mr. Fluger was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2003 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
